Founder & Principal Consultant
My belief that strong organizations create strong communities is what drives this work. When businesses run well — with clear strategy, sound operations, and strong leadership — they create jobs, shape economies, and unlock growth that extends well beyond the bottom line. I started 152 Advisory Group to help leadership teams build organizations that are built to last.
I began my career as an engineer, which shaped how I think about problems: structured, analytical, and focused on building systems that hold up under pressure. I went on to earn my MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, then joined BCG as a management consultant, where I worked with organizations across industries on strategy, operations, and performance improvement. From there, I moved into VP-level transformation roles at private equity-backed companies, leading initiatives across operations, finance, and go-to-market strategy — and developing a deep appreciation for what it takes to execute in complex, fast-moving environments.
Through 152 Advisory Group, I bring that same operator-driven approach to every engagement. I work at the intersection of strategy and execution — helping organizations get clear on where they're going, building the structures and systems to get there, and stepping in to lead the work that matters most. Whether that means a focused advisory engagement, ongoing fractional support, or owning a high-priority initiative end-to-end, I work alongside clients as a trusted partner, not a vendor.
When I'm not working with clients, you'll likely find me volunteering, exploring new restaurants, or adding to my ever-growing book collection. I believe that building a great organization should support the life you want — and my goal is to help you do exactly that.
