My passion for growing businesses comes from a deep belief that strong businesses create strong communities. They don’t just provide goods and services — they create jobs, shape local economies, and foster innovation. I started 152 Advisory Group to help business owners and leadership teams build sustainable, high-performing organizations, bringing the clarity, structure, and support needed to turn challenges into opportunities.
I began my career as an engineer, which shaped how I approach problem-solving: structured, analytical, and focused on building systems that work. I went on to earn my MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and later worked as a management consultant at BCG, where I helped companies improve operations and develop strategic growth plans. Since then, I’ve worked within private equity-backed businesses, including Full Circle Electronics and Boundless Devices, leading transformation initiatives across operations, finance, and go-to-market strategy. My work has focused on building the systems, processes, and visibility needed to scale effectively and support long-term growth.
Through 152 Advisory Group, I bring that same hands-on, operator-driven approach to every engagement. Whether partnering on a focused project or stepping in to support execution more directly, I work alongside clients to move priorities forward and deliver meaningful, lasting results.
