I started 152 Advisory Group to help business owners build sustainable, thriving organizations that contribute to the long-term success of their communities. I’m committed to providing the clarity, structure, and strategic support needed to turn challenges into opportunities.

I have an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management. I also worked as a management consultant at BCG, where I helped businesses optimize operations and develop strategic growth plans. At Full Circle Electronics, a Private Equity-backed company, I led transformation initiatives that spanned operational improvements, business development, and marketing strategy. My focus was on ensuring businesses operated efficiently while building strong foundations for long-term success. Drawing from these experiences, I want to provide small businesses with the same level of strategic insight and problem-solving that larger organizations rely on, helping them navigate challenges and create lasting impact.
